Returns & Exchanges

At Cloudflare Fashion, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original security tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cloudflare account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
