This is a generic pump strainer lid manufactured by Custom Molded Products as a replacement for the Hayward SPX1500D2A lid. It is used on some of Hayward's popular above ground pool models such as the Power-Flo LX, Power-Flo 1500 Series, and Power-Flo II & III.
